Our comprehensive Tenant Find Service is the perfect way to get your let off to the very best start and includes the following:

  • Full marketing, including website and Rightmove listing, quallity photos, details and floorplans, social medial exposure and direct marketing to pre-registered tenants
  • Accompanied viewings (including liaising and coordinating with existing tenants where applicable)
  • Collection of Holding Deposit

We can also prepare a legally compliant Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, check-in your new tenant, take meter readings and notify utility companies.

  Security Deposits 

Security Deposits are required by law to be registered with a Government approved Tenant Deposit Scheme. The majority of our landlords make use of our scheme (DPS) and we are happy to register your tenant's deposit and manage the return of it at the end of the tenancy, less agreed deductions for any damage or rent shortfalls.

  Rent Collection

Making sure your rent is collected on time can be time consuming and tedious, so our Rent Collections service keeps on top of the process and your rent is paid into your account in a timely fashion every month.

As part of this service, we chase late payments promptly and take the appropriate action on your behalf, when or if required. We will also keep you fully informed should any issues arise.

All rental payments are held in our designate client account and protected by our Client Money Protection Scheme (CMP).
